Hello Reader. This is a LiveJournal. It belongs to me, Jennifer, who would prefer it if you call her Jen. This journal of mine happens to be friends only. I’m a very antisocial and paranoid person, so I have some strict rules regarding friending. If you would like to be added to my journal, comment accordingly on the post stating why you want to be added. I will only add you back if you share at least five interests with me, know me from somewhere online, do not know me outside of the online world, and seem like an okay person. This may sound bitchy, but like I said I am a very paranoid person and want to know exactly who I have reading my entries. I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past and would like to prevent them from occurring again. That being said, go for it, I don’t bite too hard and am not really a bitch except when I write profiles. Lolz.
I really am awful at talking about myself. Haha, once you do get me talking about anything in general don’t expect me to shut up any time soon. I have a bad habit of adding “like” or “um” in whatever I say, though thankfully not online. I can be excessively hyper while using mad CAPS LOCK SKILLZ TO THE MAX, fangirly, random, and sometimes exceedingly annoying. Things that make me hyper like this are Final Fantasy (Advent Children = ♥), Kingdom Hearts, RPing (role-playing), yaoi, music, fencing, violins, crack and silliness in general, electronics, icons, pretties, clothes, makeup, JRock, fanfiction, anime and manga, etc. etc. See interests for more specificity. I picspam every so often of myself or random things I find to be shiny on the internet.
I am also very moody, private, intentionally cryptic at times, bitchy, whiney, pissy, and depressed. A lot of this is reflected in my posts. I am a very focused student, and am working hard to get into a preferably elite college to help me decide what the hell I’d like to do with my life. Academics are the sole focus of my high school attendance, which often stresses me out or upsets me especially when I don’t get A’s. Socially I am a complete failure, and may rant about past relationships with certain people.
One major thing that is a huge impact on my life is the current state of my body. I was anorexic for a period of time in my life and still continue to have anorexic tendencies because I have been unhappy with my figure from the time I was in fifth grade. This may seem vain, selfish, stupid, unhealthy, what have you, but it’s a part of me nonetheless and I may often post about it or mention not eating. I don’t want pity or lecturing 99.9% of the time. I realize the unhealthy effects of this and don’t actually care. If this bothers you and you can’t get over it, then don’t bother friending me.
I think I am pretty easy to get along with. I try to comment on entries when I can or have something meaningful to say. I DO read most entries, but I admit I can slack off on commenting, especially when most of the people I talk to are through RPing. But I love each and every person on my friends list and am grateful to have them in my life.
